K\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra kurulan &#8220;First Only Real Dutch Cyclists\u2019 Union&#8221; caddelerin arabalar i\u00e7in de\u011fil insanlar i\u00e7in tasarlanmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir hareket olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. (5)\u00a0Bug\u00fcn Hollanda&#8217;da bulunan \u00a06.000&#8217;den fazla <em>woonerf<\/em> b\u00f6lgesi, motorlu trafi\u011fin caddeleri ve sokaklar\u0131\u00a0y\u00f6netmedi\u011fi b\u00f6lgeler olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor,\u00a0\u00a0top oynayan bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun ve ebeveynin bir araba ya da ev fig\u00fcr\u00fcyle birlikte\u00a0mavi bir dikd\u00f6rtgen i\u00e7inde yerald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu sembol art\u0131k d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkesinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>1970&#8217;li y\u0131llarda \u00fc\u00e7 tekerlekli bisikletler ve megafonlarla yap\u0131lan b\u00fcy\u00fck\u00a0kitle g\u00f6sterileri\u00a0\u00a0bisikletin di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi\u00a0Hollanda&#8217;da da marjinalle\u015ftirilmesini engelledi ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Hollanda, 22\u00a0bin\u00a0mil bisiklet yoluna sahip. \u0130ngiltere&#8217;de t\u00fcm seyahatlerin \u00a0% 2&#8217;sinin bisikletle yap\u0131lmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n\u00a0 Amsterdam&#8217;da bu oran % 38&#8217;e, \u00fcniversite \u015fehri Groningen&#8217;de ise % 59&#8217;a ula\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcm b\u00fcy\u00fck Hollanda \u015fehirleri, bisiklet a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme ve geli\u015ftirme g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenen \u201cbisiklet memurlar\u0131\u201dna sahip.
